By engaging strangelogichouse for web design, interface engineering, or consulting services, you agree to the following terms and operational guidelines:

Project Scope & Deliverables

All web design modules, timelines, and deliverables are specified per individual service agreement or through our secure payment gateway (`LOAD_TRACK`). Modifications exceeding initial scope will be billed under separate retainer or hourly adjustments.

Intellectual Property

Upon final settlement of all project invoices, full ownership rights of the custom-engineered code and visual interface assets transfer to the client. strangelogichouse retains the right to display completed workstation interfaces within public portfolio documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the bespoke, high-density nature of web design and workstation interface engineering:

Pre-Project Cancellation: Cancellation requests submitted prior to the commencement of phase blueprinting are eligible for a full refund minus administrative processing fees.

In-Progress Projects: Once design compilation and code development have commenced, refunds are prorated based on completed engineering hours and delivered milestones.

Support Retainers: Monthly continuous support retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
